Qualified, service-orientated personnel manage all activities and the senior management
of each division plays a proactive role in the execution of all projects.
We have well-equipped, mobile and competent teams of site crews and sub-contractors
who are able to work in local as well as neighbouring territories. An in-house mechanic
who ensures that all vehicles and machinery are in good order assists in the maintenance
of our equipment.
Our divisions are also members of various building industry professional bodies
including M.B.A., S.A.B.I.S.A. the South African Institute of Building and Construction
Industry Development Board (CIDB) and our work is carried out under strict accordance
with the guidelines and specifications of the above associations.
Our equity and empowerment policy has led to the formation of ABE CONTRACING SERVICES,
with the objective of promoting participation in equity and development of all staff
with the a focus on previously disadvantaged individuals. This entity joint-ventures
with our entities in the group for the purpose of pooling of resources and achieving
the above objective.
